● Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
● Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal fee of ₹49 will be added at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
● Domestic Orders: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. For metro cities, delivery times are typically faster, between 3–5 business days.
● Custom/Personalized Orders: Custom designs and engravings may require an additional 5–10 business days for delivery.
Order Processing
● Orders placed before 3 PM IST are processed the same day.
● Orders placed after 3 PM or on public holidays will be processed the following business day
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. Use this tracking ID to follow your shipment’s journey in real time.
Unsuccessful Delivery
● If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt to re-deliver.
● Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.
