How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use the link to check the status of your delivery in real time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused,
undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email us at plataasilver@gmail.com with your order details. Our team will assist you in scheduling a pickup or providing a return address

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

In the rare instance that your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. An additional fee of ₹49 is applicable for COD orders

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved. If the refund hasn’t reached your account after this time, contact us for assistance.

Where are customer service cases handled?

All customer service cases and disputes will be subject to Delhi litigation as per our company policy.
